Booking procedure
Once you’ve decided you would like to go ahead and book, you can secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit of 25% and balances are to be paid 4 weeks in advance of your stay.
Once a booking is agreed, we will send you an invoice with a cost breakdown, payment dates and bank transfer details.
In the interim period we will correspond with you to firm up any final details such as your chosen menus and your preferred meal times.
